Repair your treasure

This repair service is available for eligible items purchased 6–24 months ago.

1. Email us
Send your repair request to contact@reworkedtreasures.com with your order information, a description of the issue and photos.

2. Wait for approval
We’ll review your request and confirm whether we can repair your treasure and have the necessary materials available.

Please do not purchase this service or send your item back unless you have received our shipping address and the repair has been approved by us.

3. Purchase the repair 295 SEK
Once approved, purchase this repair service and enter your return shipping address.

4. Ship it to us
Send your treasure back at your own cost using a tracked shipping method, such as Varubrev or REK.

5. We repair it
Repairs normally take 10–14 business days from the day we receive your item.

6. We ship it back
Once repaired, we’ll ship your treasure back to you free of charge.
